Things you'd reasonably ask.

What counts as an “active” client on the Free plan?
An active client is one you haven’t archived or graduated. Your demo client doesn’t count toward the limit, and archived/graduated clients don’t either — so your client history can grow without forcing an upgrade.
What happens after the first 100 founders sign up?
Founding pricing locks in for everyone who signed up before slot 101. We’ll announce standard pricing as we approach the cap. If you become a founder now, your $14.99/mo stays $14.99/mo for as long as you keep your subscription — even after standard rates take effect.
I’m locked into a yearly plan with another tool. Can I still sign up?
Yes, and we’d encourage it. The Founding rate is locked from the day you subscribe. Sign up now, keep using your current tool until its renewal, and migrate fully when you’re ready. You don’t lose the $14.99 rate while you transition.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep access through the end of your billing period. After that your account drops to Free — all your data stays. Your active-client count just has to fit the Free limit to keep adding new clients, but nothing is deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly billing: no pro-rated refunds (cancel to stop future charges). Email support for anything out of the ordinary — we’re a small team, not a chatbot.
Is there a free trial on Founding?
No trial — the Free plan is the trial. You can run a real client end-to-end on Free. When you outgrow 1 active client, become a founder.
What about Apple/Google Play billing?
The CP dashboard billing lives on the web (Stripe). Your clients’ mom-side app uses the normal App Store / Play Store billing for their own subscription, but that’s completely separate — their billing never touches your account.
Are there fees on client payments?
Cradled takes 0%. Stripe charges its standard processing fee on card payments (roughly 2.9% + 30¢ in Canada — see stripe.com/pricing for current rates). E-transfer, cash, cheque, and "other" payment methods are tracked without any fee at all.
Can I add a second practitioner or team member?
Not yet. Cradled v1 is for solo practitioners — one login per account. Multi-practitioner support is on the roadmap. Email us if that’s a dealbreaker and we’ll keep you posted.
