Managing your subscription on mobile

If you subscribed to Cradled Care in the app, you manage it there through the App Store or Google Play.

Your care-provider subscription (Cradled Care) can be bought and managed on mobile as well as on the web. Where you manage it depends on where you subscribed.

Where to manage it

In the mobile app: Account → Subscription.

  • If you subscribed in the app, tap Manage subscription — this opens your store's subscription controls (Apple or Google), where you can change or cancel it. That's a store setting, not something Cradled controls directly.
  • If you subscribed on the web, the app shows Manage subscription on web instead and links you to your web account, since web (Stripe) subscriptions are managed there.

Not subscribed yet

If you're on the free tier, you'll see an Upgrade to Cradled Care option that opens the subscription screen. Upgrading lifts the client limit so you can take on more clients.

Cancelling

Cancel wherever you subscribed — in the store if you bought in-app, or through the web billing portal if you bought on the web. Your paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
