Manage your Cradled subscription

Free vs. Unlimited, billing, renewal, cancellation. Where to find your plan details.

Your Cradled subscription details live at Account → Subscription.

Plans

Free — limited client seats, full feature access for those seats.

Unlimited — unlimited connected clients, all features. $39/month or $29/month billed annually.

Founding Member — a limited-slot tier at $29/month locked for early supporters. Only available while slots remain.

Managed clients don't count toward seat limits on any plan.

Upgrading

Click Upgrade on the subscription card. You'll be taken to Stripe Checkout to enter payment details. Upgrades take effect immediately; billing is prorated.

If a Founding Member slot is available and you qualify, you'll see the option on the upgrade page.

Viewing billing details

Account → Subscription → Manage billing opens Stripe's billing portal. From there you can:

  • Update your payment method.
  • Change plan (monthly ↔ annual).
  • View past invoices.
  • Update billing address.

Cancellation

Two modes:

Cancel at period end — your subscription stays active until the current billing period ends, then doesn't renew. You keep features until the end date.

Cancel immediately — rarely needed; contact support if you want this.

Cancelled subscriptions don't delete your account or data. You drop back to the free tier and keep using Cradled with the free-tier limits.

Partner subscriptions

If your partner on the family side of Cradled (not your practice) has a subscription, it doesn't inherit to your CP plan — practice and family subscriptions are separate products.
