Manage your Cradled subscription

Free vs. Unlimited, billing, renewal, cancellation. Where to find your plan details.

Your Cradled subscription details live at Account → Subscription.

Plans

Free — one active client, with full feature access for that client.

Unlimited — unlimited clients and all features. $39/month, or $29/month billed annually.

Founding Member — a limited-slot plan at $14.99/month, locked for the first 100 care providers. Available only while slots remain.

Upgrading

Click Upgrade on the subscription card.

  • While Founding Member slots remain, that's the offer you'll see — the cheapest path to Unlimited, at $14.99/month locked.
  • Once slots are gone, the upgrade screen shows "Standard pricing coming soon." Standard monthly/annual purchasing isn't offered there yet — reach out if you need to upgrade in that window.

Upgrades take effect immediately.

Where your subscription is billed

If you subscribed on the web, open Account → Subscription → Manage billing to reach Stripe's billing portal, where you can update your payment method, switch monthly ↔ annual, and view past invoices.

If you subscribed in the Cradled mobile app (through the App Store or Google Play), your subscription is managed there — the web dashboard shows "Manage this subscription in the Cradled mobile app" and there's no Stripe billing portal button. Change or cancel it from your device's subscription settings.

Cancellation

For web/Stripe subscriptions:

Cancel at period end — stays active until the current billing period ends, then doesn't renew. You keep features until the end date.

Cancel immediately — rarely needed; contact support.

Cancelling doesn't delete your account or data. You drop to the Free tier and keep using Cradled within its limits.

Practice vs. family subscriptions

A subscription on the family side of Cradled is a separate product from your practice (CP) subscription — one doesn't affect the other.
