Can my care provider see my data?

You control exactly what a connected care provider can see. Change it anytime.

Only if you choose to share it. When a care provider connects with you, you control what they can see through the Check-in sharing settings on your Account page. You can change these settings at any time.

What you can share

Summary only — just a general "doing okay / having a hard time" indicator. No scores, no words.

Scores — your overall wellbeing scores, no free-text sentiments.

Full access — scores and any free-text you've added. Everything on your check-ins except your partner's private data (unless you also opt that in).

Partner data

If you have a partner connected, you can separately choose whether your CP sees partner check-in data:

  • No — partner data stays private.
  • Trends only — CP sees whether partner is doing well or struggling, no details.
  • Full access — CP sees partner scores and sentiments.

Changing sharing

Account → Check-in sharing → [CP name]. Tap the radio buttons to change. Changes are immediate. They don't retroactively hide past check-ins — only affect future access.

Disconnecting a CP

If you no longer want a CP to have any access, go to Village (where linked CPs appear) and tap Disconnect. This ends all sharing immediately.

What the CP sees even without sharing

CPs can always see things they created or sent you — contracts, invoices, visits they logged, appointment notes they wrote. Disabling check-in sharing doesn't hide these.
