I subscribed but features aren't unlocked

Steps to refresh your subscription status when paid features aren't showing up.

Try closing and reopening the app. If that doesn't work, go to the Account tab and tap Manage subscription — this refreshes your subscription status.

If the issue persists, email [email protected] with a screenshot of your App Store or Google Play receipt. We can usually resolve within a few hours during business hours.

Common causes

  • Purchase still processing — App Store purchases can take up to a few minutes to fully clear. Usually resolves by itself.
  • Device offline during purchase — open the app with a stable connection.
  • Wrong Apple ID / Google account — make sure you're logged into the app with the same account that made the purchase.
