Try closing and reopening the app. If that doesn't work, go to the Account tab and tap Manage subscription — this refreshes your subscription status.
If the issue persists, email [email protected] with a screenshot of your App Store or Google Play receipt. We can usually resolve within a few hours during business hours.
Common causes
- Purchase still processing — App Store purchases can take up to a few minutes to fully clear. Usually resolves by itself.
- Device offline during purchase — open the app with a stable connection.
- Wrong Apple ID / Google account — make sure you're logged into the app with the same account that made the purchase.
