Open the app, go to the Account tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile, check-in history, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
If you're unable to access the app, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion within 48 hours.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and login
- All daily check-ins and feeding logs
- Your village wishlist and preferences
- Your care plans and birth plans
- Any feed posts you created
- Your invite and connection records
What might be retained
- Anonymized aggregate data in our reports (no identifying information)
- Records required for tax and legal compliance (invoices paid, etc.) — minimum retention periods apply by jurisdiction
Before deleting
If there's data you want to keep (like a birth plan or postpartum reflection), export it or take screenshots first. There is no way to restore your account after deletion.
