You don't have to keep checking whether a client has done her part. When a client fills something out, Cradled notifies you and links you straight to it.
What triggers a notification
- A client fills an assigned plan or intake form. When a client completes a plan or form you assigned, you're notified.
- A birth plan is filled or updated. You're notified the first time a client fills in her birth plan, and again when she makes changes, so an update after the first pass never goes unseen.
- A new central-intake lead comes in. When someone submits your intake form, a new lead lands for you to pick up.
Where it shows up
Each of these appears in Inbox, then Notifications, and most also email you. You can toggle email off in your account settings.
Clicking takes you to the right place
The notification is a shortcut, not just an alert. Clicking it routes you to exactly where the work is:
- A filled plan or form opens the client's Plans tab.
- A birth plan opens the client's Birth plan tab.
- A new intake lead opens the Intake board.
