Reports at Reports give you a practice-level view of what's happening with your clients, your bookings, and your outcomes.
Tabs
Summary
Top-level numbers: total clients, prenatal count, postpartum count, average wellbeing score, check-in rate, births attended.
Births
Every birth you've logged (from connected clients' self-reported births and your own birth logs on connected or managed clients). Shows delivery type breakdown (vaginal vs. caesarean), common interventions, labour duration distribution, experience ratings.
Wellbeing
Aggregate wellbeing trends across your connected clients. Weekly rolling averages, low-score frequency, hard-day counts. Only includes clients who've shared check-in data with you.
Feeding
For clients who opted into feeding tracking: breast/pump/formula mix, latch comfort trends, satisfaction indicators.
Visits
Every visit you've logged, broken down by topic, duration, and frequency.
Time range
Toggle between week, month, and all-time at the top of the reports view. Most charts respect the filter.

What drives each number
- Total clients — everyone in your pipeline (connected and managed).
- Active clients — excluding archived and graduated.
- Average wellbeing — rolling 7-day average of daily check-in scores across all consenting clients.
- Check-in rate — percentage of postpartum connected clients who checked in at least once in the last 7 days.
- Births — any client you've logged a birth for, plus any connected client who self-reported a birth.
Practice insights
The birth tab includes correlation cards — relationships between delivery type and interventions, or between doula presence and experience rating, for example. These are purely descriptive of your own data, not clinical claims.
