Your schedule at Schedule shows every appointment booked with you — upcoming and past.
The layout
- Today — appointments happening today, first by time.
- Upcoming — everything scheduled beyond today.
- Past — recent appointments. Click to log a visit against it.
Clicking an appointment
Opens a detail panel showing:
- Client name and contact info.
- Appointment type.
- Duration.
- Any notes the client left at booking.
- Actions: confirm, reschedule, cancel, or log a visit.
Logging a visit from the schedule
If an appointment has happened but you haven't logged a visit yet, there's a Log visit button on the past-appointment detail. It pre-fills the date and client, so you can jump straight into notes.
Rescheduling and cancelling
Reschedule sends the client a notification and frees the original slot. Cancelling does the same. Both actions are reversible until the new time is booked by another client.
Manual bookings
Sometimes a client asks to book over email or phone instead of through the app. You can manually create an appointment from Schedule → New appointment, pick the client, and set date/time. Works for both connected and managed clients.
Mom-side experience
Connected clients see the appointment on their mobile home screen with date, time, type, and your name. They get a reminder push notification before the appointment. Managed clients don't see anything in Cradled — they rely on the email confirmation you send them.
